1. Q : Why you choose us as your supplier ?
A : We produce bikes since 1988 and since 1998 year to do electric bikes . our factory has the ISO qualitty control system , so our main market is Euro ,USA,Austrialia , Japan , korea .
We are manufacturer, so your price , quality ,delivery time and service is promised.
2. Q : How can I get sample and how long will it takes?
A: Sample fee will be 1same as bike quotation , but we will refund the extra money after you place an order to us. It usually takes 15 days to produce sample.
3. Q : What's the MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is one 20' GP container, you can load 150 bikes normally,
40 bikes per color combination.
4. Q : What's the delivery time?
A: It will take about 40 days to finish the order. But the exact time is according to actual situation.such as some high end shimano parts, it should import from Japan , the delivery time will be more than 3 month
5. Q : Can I have my own customized product?
A : Yes, your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, etc. are very welcome.
6. Q : Do you have quality control?
A: Yes, every bike will be checked carefully before packing. we strict with the ISO quality control system
7. Q : How about the warranty?
A : Two years warranty for frames since sold. If quality problem occurs , please feel free to contact us.
